YESS!!!
I found the most beautiful recording of "Monica's Waltz" by Menotti. I have been learning this aria for choir, but its hard to connect and learn it listening to MEGAVIBRATOSUPEROPERA versions. The person who sang this had a much younger and sweet voice. It's easier to learn, more simplistic and now I actually enjoy the song. Seriously, I am falling more in love with it as we speak. It says so much more when you can actually hear the words sung, not deep fried in a vibrato batter.
WONDERFUL. ohyeah & today...I GOT A JOB!!! At the Fudgery, I sing & serve sweets. How perfect can we get? My first little job. *cue AWH*
