Brief Update
Hey friends,
I haven't updated in a while, not because I've been too busy, but because I'm lazy. Classes this year are a lot easier, no more number crunching engineering classes. No more stress, heat, thermo, statics, dynamics, etc. I'm taking classes that I'm much more interested in, mainly design and manufacture and more design. With all these design classes, I'm doign a bunch of projects rather than studying for exams which typically is less stressful...until the end of the semester when everything is due. But I won't worry about that til later.
Right now though I am actively looking for a career after graduation. I went to a job fair and handed out some resumes, but none have contacted me yet. I'll have to keep trying. I still don't know what I want to do yet. When recruiters asked me, I half BSed an answer saying that I don't want to just create a product that people use everyday without much thought. Instead, I want to make something innovating and new that people notice and can really benefit from. It sounds like an ass kissing response, but I couldn't come up with anything better. I better hone my interview skills quick.
I have bible study at my place in 10 minutes so I better clean up down stairs. Signing out.
