Crickett got fired from her job. David (her husband) has had increasingly less work as a commissioned electrician. Cerena (his girlfriend) has gotten news that her place of business is decreasing her hours along with everyone else's in an attempt not to need to lay off anyone. Therefore, the household is in disarray and needs to get more income - quick!
David has secured his old job in Denver. Crickett will be calling her previous employer to return to vet technician status. Cerena will be able to get a job up there too. Therefore, the household is moving to Denver.
Jeremy is in love with Crickett - not to the exclusion of myself, thank you very much! Also, Crickett's family has become our family. We spend more time at Crickett's than at our own house. LOL
So...the decision had to be made - do we go or do we stay?
I have lots of issues with leaving Texas. I'll miss my bio family and the weather and being warm and having my independence and ... did I mention that I'm going to miss Texas??
So then there's the whole moving thing... Cerena and I aren't squared away. It's going to take alot of time. I am very concerned that I'll get fed up and decide to come back to Texas. But I'm going to give it all I have.
So we're moving to Denver the 1st of February. Argh! I'm glad I have a bomber jacket!!
