LXXVI. Stuffà molto breve perfettissima.
Se tu voy fare stuffa molto breve, toy VI polastri e fay sofrigere in lardo, poy sema del lardo s’el ge n’è tropo; habij late de mandole destemperato cum agresta, habii zenzevro e taialo menuto, habii datali e taiali in quarto e dà colore a questa vivanda de zafarano e vole esser ben salà.

Are you doing them in order or as you need a particular food to cook?

I started doing them in order, but quickly found that finding ingredients (especially out of season) would trip me up. Now I'm just trying to get through all of them in no particular order, other than I will often look for recipes that go well together for meals and cook it for my family. :)
