Class for Documentation for Arts & Sciences Competitions w/ Gwen the Potter
Mistress Gwen the Potter who is our current Kingdom Arts & Sciences Champion has graciously agreed to teach a how to class on Documentation for Arts & Sciences Competitions. Please let me know if you are planning to attend as Mistress Gwen would like to know how many copies to make of the handouts she's put together for this. It sounds like there may be another class planned in Madrone on Friday November 11th, so if that date or location will work better for you keep an eye out for updates for that more northerly class. :)
I have sent in a room reservation request for the South Tacoma Library, and according to their online calendar and registration form there shouldn't be any conflict. I have scheduled us for 10AM-3:30 PM to give us a little time to clean up and mingle after the class is finished.
We will need to schedule a lunch break as it is library policy that the only food & drink allowed in the rooms are bottled water. I may be able to arrange a picknick lunch, depending on weather, and will look into options.
