Come on down!
It seems Bob Barker of "The Price is Right" is retiring. I remember watching the show as a kid, and even still think its fun. While i've heard that Bob was lecherous and mean in between shooting, he really is an ace broadcaster. I'll be sad to see him go. I've always been fond of the scene where he beats up Adam Sandler in "Happy Gilmore" as well, great stuff that. I still think it would be fun to get a group together to go see the show. I hear if you have a group of 20 someone automagically gets on the program!
Swimming continues to be difficult for me, but mostly the "waking up" part. I am getting in tip-top shape, but i still miss running quite a bit. You really get to know someone after you've suffered with them. Ah well, at least underwater no one can hear me groan when my muscles complain about being stabbed repeatedly, then are forced into doing butterfly. : P
My geeky computer game won't arrive until tomorrow, so it looks like i'll have to wait a bit there. Ah well, i'm sure i'll find something else to keep me entertained in the meantime.
