Sooyoung froze when she saw what happened to Kyuhyun. Even Siwon, Kibum and Changmin who were supposed to be dragging her stopped and loosened their grip on her. They were still in shock that no one spoke and move until Sooyoung screamed, crying out Kyuhyun’s name. She rushed to the scene but Siwon still did his job as a friend and a brother, and stopped his sister.
She was crying and screaming that she passed out after seeing Kyuhyun being brought in the ambulance.
She woke up and she was now in her room. Her eyes roamed around it. Her body was too stiff to move like it was paralyzed. She then remembered Kyuhyun. If it weren’t for her, this won’t happen to Kyuhyun. She may be crazy or not, but she isn’t even regretting what she did. It would be better that Kyuhyun will die than see him marry a doll.
She then thought, if Kyuhyun dies, who would be with him after that? Sungmin won’t be with him anymore because she is a doll and dolls have no soul.
She stood up and reached for the gun kept inside her side table. She admired the gray thing and chuckled, “I guess Kyuhyun and I are really meant for each other.”
She pointed the gun at her head and smiled before pulling the trigger.

She was holding his hand while making their way to the nearest hospital inside an ambulance. “Oh please, Kyu… please fight… you can do it! Please… Please…”
She was running with Hyukjae as they follow Kyuhyun to the operating room but one of the nurses forbid them to go inside, “I’m sorry, but you can’t go inside. Just wait here.”
Hyukjae hugged Sungmin as she cries on his shoulder, “Oppa, Kyu… Kyu is… He will live, right?” Hyukjae nodded, “Yes, he will. I know him. He is a strong man.”
A lot of media men followed them but the security prevented them from coming near Sungmin. The nurses, patients and doctors who watched the scandal on television looked weirdly at her. They were really wondering if she is a doll because she is crying. But then, if it isn’t true, why would they run away?
Heechul shot her deadly glares at those who will look at them and raise an eyebrow, “What are you looking at? Want me to pierce those eyes of yours?” And, they will all look away.
Kyuhyun’s family and friends were all crying. Hangeng isn’t the type to cry and show his emotions but this would be an exception. His younger brother is one of the most precious persons in his life. They may be half but young Kyuhyun accepted him and treated him as his whole brother. He even forget that they’re half-siblings. Kyuhyun is a lazy, genius brat. Even Heechul thought of it too. Though this guy is like this, he has a special place in the couple’s heart as he was the first one who accepted their relationship
Kyuhyun was Ryeowook’s closest cousin. They grew up together. They were even once mistaken as a couple because of their closeness. She cannot forget how he reprimands her for her foolish mistakes, especially when she bought a lot of clothes. Though she tries to scold him because of his constant play time of Starcraft, she never won against him when it comes to an argument. He has this sharp tongue that every word he will say about you, is true. The truth hurts. Also, because of him, she learned how to discipline herself. She also won’t forget the way he would pout when she drags him to clothing shops and let him pay the bills. They obviously have opposite interests, but they share one thing… blood. She is happy and proud that Cho Kyuhyun is her cousin.
Leeteuk met Kyuhyun through Hangeng. He really thought of him as a spoiled arrogant bastard who would always make you feel inferior. He was like that at first. But when he got to know him more and worked for him, he discovered that this guy is totally different from what he thought. He just needs more of guidance and he voluntarily did it for the boy. He admires Kyuhyun because of his professional skills and attitude when it comes to work. He just hates it when he comes inside the office and see him playing computer games. But still, he would be one of the reasons why he would wake up in the morning and go to work.
Donghae and Kyuhyun barely knew each other. She only knows that the boy was Hyukjae’s best friend. She didn’t actually thought of him as a snob. She really saw him as a nice boy because she saw him smile cutely while hanging out with them. Kyuhyun would distance himself from her but she found it cute. It was rare to see boys being like that. She knows that going back to Korea was the best decision she ever did in her entire life. Not just because she met Sungmin and married Hyukjae, but also because she got to know Kyuhyun more.
Hyukjae is a year older than Kyuhyun. Since their fathers were good friends, they were introduced to each other when he was just 4 and became best friends. He witnessed the sweet and cute young Kyuhyun, but he noticed the change on the boy when they reached elementary. It was because his father was forcing him to study different scientific stuffs, totally affecting his personality. But he was still the same around Hyukjae. He was happy that this guy would only show his true emotions with him. Because of Kyuhyun, he got to experience a lot of happy and sad moments… but he never regretted meeting him. Because meeting him was one of the happiest things that happened in his life. He is honored to be called as Kyuhyun’s best friend.
They kept on glancing on the door, expecting for the surgeon to come out with a satisfied smile on his face. Suddenly, it opened and a man wearing a green gown appeared, removing his mask and gloves. He went to Kyuhyun’s parents. They were far away from them so the younger ones can’t hear what the doctor was saying.
But then, they saw the doctor shook his head slowly with a sad expression, making Mrs. Cho and Ahra cry, and Dr. Cho sit, with his eyes widened. The ones who saw that blinked their eyes, not believing what they saw. Hangeng went to the doctor and shouted while crying, “Doc, he is alive, right? Kyuhyun is alive… Please tell me he is alive!”
The doctor sadly said, “I’m sorry. We did our best.” Hangeng shook his head, “No… No… You’re lying…” A crying Heechul hugged her fiancé to comfort him though her heart was torn into pieces. Ryeowook and Donghae cried rather loudly with that, making their lovers attend to them. Leeteuk went beside Sungmin and embraced her.
She was shocked. No tear came out from her eyes but she feels like her life was taken away. It isn’t just being temporarily running out of battery, but being permanently broken. She feels that every part inside of her was being destroyed by those words, now that her source of life and energy was gone. She doesn’t want to believe what she saw and heard just now. She continuously convince herself that this was just a prank and the doctor would take back what he said.
However, it wasn’t taken aback.
Kyuhyun died because of her.

She was standing in front of an epitaph wherein Kyuhyun’s name was written on it. She didn’t cry when she saw his lifeless body lying on the bed. She didn’t cry when they were covering him with a blanket. She didn’t even cry during his burial.
She ran out of water.
No one would be there to revive her when she run out of batteries. No one would give her sweet kisses every minute. No one would be noisy every night when lost a game. No one would call him baby. No one would say how she is the most beautiful thing in the world. No one would share hot and loving moments with her. No one would praise her cooking. No one would pout when she wants a pink thing. No one would call her while at work. No one would lean on her shoulders when exhausted. No one would hug her. No one would cuddle with her every night at bed. No one would whisper those three words… I love you.
She goes back on how they met. She opened her eyes and saw him get startled. She has his attitude back then. She even tried changing but it didn’t work. They even played this engagement game. Little did she know that when they kissed, that’s when her love for her master was activated. She didn’t even know what to do when the guy confessed his feelings for her. They got closer and got together for real.
They went through a lot of hardships together. Their relationship was tested for a million times but they survived and stayed strong with the help of the people around them. They thought it was perfect. They are already getting married… but why did it happen? Is it because fate already prevented them from being together because one is human and one is not?
“I hate you, Cho Kyuhyun…”
“…I hate you that I love you so much.”
She has no reason to live now that Kyuhyun is gone. Unless, they remove her memory of Kyuhyun and start a new life with a new master.
She doesn’t want that.
Kyuhyun will only be her master and he will be the only one she will love.
“You’re so unfair. You should have let me die instead of you. You wasted your life just because of a doll? You’re really crazy.”
She stared at his picture, “You’re so handsome, baby. I miss you. Do you miss me too?”
She then felt a drop of water on her shoulder. She looked up at the sky and more drops fell from above.
“Are you crying?”
She closed her eyes and mumbled, “Yeah, I love you too.”
Donghae screamed, “OH MY GOD, HYUKKIE!!! SUNGMIN BROKE!!!”
