[He is able to smile a little now, but he's still staring and trying to examine every detail in this man's face. So similar to his own. Their accents are distinctly different, but he isn't quite yet ruling out this man being him, but turned human thanks to a Chameleon Arch.. But why an inmate? That part didn't make sense. He wouldn't turn himself into that.. Unless there was a good reason.. His thoughts were moving so fast and in so many different directions he had to force himself to stop and speak.]
