Sounds nifty!
I was organizing my bookshelves the other day, and ran across some of your old stories (I keep them with my old notebooks on the top shelf. *noddle* It's like a mini shrine for muses or something.). I'd forgotten how freaking awesome you are. And, since people tend to get better at stuff, I think you're well on your way to being world famous.
If the world lasts long enough for you to send something to a publisher, at least. ^_^

Aww! Thanks, hun! *massive bear hug* My old stuff was shit, so based on that, I can say proudly that I have definitely improved. :] Remember Daeft, the FBI guy? Yeah, he has now been replaced with "RED," my new favorite story... I love how it's going to far, now that I finally have some time to work on it. How's this? :]

"In a fury of fiery passion and rage, she raised the MG43; the neon lights glistened off the cool steel, making it burn as bright and as red as blood. Her brown eyes were ablaze with hatred, and her grip tightened on the massive gun while her legs moved into a fighter’s stance. She stood her ground with the strength of a hundred warriors, and her voice leaked from her vivid pink lips like a poison meant to strike the life from anyone that was against her."

Much better, no?

I think all of the ones I have, he's the main character.
No more Daeft, then? That's a shame. He was coo'.

Lots and lots better. I definately want to read one of your newer stories. I think it'd be nifty, especially since the most recent one I have is 2006.

Yeah, he was really lame, but he helped me grow and learn... he taught me a lot. :] I'll remember him for that, but story-wise, he's dead...

Thankies! :] I have to actually finish one first. RED is well on it's way, though... I love it so much! *huggles the Word file*

Remember when we wrote the MK thing together? And that other story?
We should totally try to do that again, just to see how different it'd turn out.

Yeah, we could just go back and forth on our journals here, or start a community. It'd only be for our benefit anyway... :] The MK ones were a blast... that's how I created ValTanner. :P And "that other story"? Vague, but you mean the end of the world one where, at the end, it was all just the girl's dream...

Yeah~ I think it started because we were talking about the video game clue where you had to look in the dirt on the windshield of a green Ford Explorer, from the roof of a hotel, at sunset, on the third monday of the month, to get a number. Which takes you to a hotel, where you find a yellow thumbtack. That you have to use to pick the lock of the Ford, get a key, then look through the windshield, at the hotel you were on before, in the morning, on the first friday of the sixth month, because the light glints off the third floor broken window and gives you an address. Where you go and use the key and get a cookie. And then you get pissed and throw the controller through the TV.
So we decided to write a video game-esque story.

haha roflmfao Right, right... the green Explorer... ah, good times. :P I have one of the MK stories, and I guess you have the other one (unless I do, in which case, it's lost...) and you have the end-of-the-world/VG-inspired one as well... All I remember from that, other than the Explorer, was the part you wrote about the girl finding the key in the dog or pig or something... *shrug* She was by a dumpster when she did it! I know that!

I think you have both MK stories (Which I'd love to go back and reread. I bet they're priceless, and I bet both of our writings are horrible. XD ). I was looking for the VG one after I reread your Daeft stories, but I couldn't find it. I know it's at THIS apartment, because I remember flipping through it at Northfield before I tossed it in the box with the rest of your stories and my false starts. ... I just don't know WHERE in this apartment ( ... )

Okay, well, if I do, then one's lost... :P I'll need find it too... I don't remember the purple gorilla thing at all, but it was such a twisted story, I'm sure we put it in there...

Agreed. Name? And do you want to start it or should I? (even if it doesn't get used because we're lazy and say we'll do things we never actually do, a community's a lot easier to shut down than a full-fledge journal... *nod* And they're easier to maintain...)

I remember Kosirog suggesting it... I'm fairly sure we used it, but we may not have. *le shrug*

Um... Whatever the name of our new creation shall be... What's it going to be about? Sci-fi? Fantasy? Horror? Ressurection of the pirate/ninja thing?
And, writing-together-wise, we normally complete those things (we have a 3/3 record so far!).

Well, if you ever manage to find it, we can know for sure... :]

Hmm, I'm working Sci-fi and horror now, with a little steampunk-ish-ness mixed in... so I'm up for those two genres. Course, horror's fun no matter what... :P So either it or fantasy stuff...

How about fantasy-horror? We can have mutant purple gorrillas. XD

haha YES! *Kosirog-style high-five* I dunno... as long as there's violence, I'm game. Oh, and guns too! I need my guns!
