I really like what you said about Issue 5 and how it may have more resonance in future storylines. I especially liked your use of the "Cult of Buffy" since one of the things that niggled at me in this story was the juxtaposition of the "sisterhood" discussion with the protection and elevation of this first among equals.
The issue is growing on me already :-) The Buffy cult is something they've already shown Giles pushing and the Twilight embracing so I'm pretty certain it's a deliberate element and the whole Faith arc gives yet another angle to come at it from.
