I know abortion is a hot button. Hell, I can't have a conversation with my mom about it without it getting really heated. But this is worse than the sonogram law that Oklahoma was trying to pass last year (though the law about posting the mother's info on a website is a whole 'nother level of fucked up.) Both laws were overturned as unconstitutional, and this one will likely be as well, but think of all the money that's being wasted in the legislation and the court debates. It's not like Ohio isn't already dealing with cutting funding for all sorts of shit right now, like medicaid.
