I refuse to believe that LJ is going to shut down due to layoffs.
It has already been discussed on ONTD. If anything, there were only around 13 people that were laid off, not 20+. The source of the release is also not very credible either. It's on a blog that belongs to an ex-LJ employee or his wife or something.
