Hello from Edmonton
Hey everybody.
Found out that the hotel I'm staying at has free internet. So I decided I'd leave a post about how things are.
Not sure if I'll be able to do this again so... here it is in a nutshell.
My brother looks pretty bad, but he seems to be getting more movement out of his arms. He stil can't feel or move his legs and breathing takes a lot out of him. But he slowly seems to be getting better.
Bad new is.. it looks like he will be paralysed. I still don't think that anything's for sure yet, but, *shrugs* I dont' know.
We're stay in a hotel that's on the same street as the hotel and we can get there quickly enough... just... I have no odea what to do or say to my darling brother... when he's on teh ventilator I can barely hear him. And when he was "plugged" (so he could talk and go outside) Mom and dad hogged the conversation.
I'm not sure what I'll be able to do... or if I'll be able to help any more. The whole thing seems rather daunting... adn mom's more emotional than I am about it... it seems rather rediculas to me. (Yes, my spelling sucks.. I've been up for a good 19 hours.)
Any who. I'll try and check or update again tommorrow or Saturday.
Oh yeah, I think dad plans on leaving here late on Sunday... so I won't be home Sunday night. I'll be online Monday for sure.
