Cleaning sucks!
[edit2] Got a couple more things crossed off.... just need to hit the big stuff....plaus I work night from now til Monday... btu I get off early on Sunday so I think I'll end up cleaning the rest then, getting some sleep and getting hyper when I go to pick Sis up. Only 3 more days!!!!
[edit] Well the spare room and junk room are pretty much done. Got a bed from mom and dad and I'll see about the night table on thursday when I drop Angel off. I'm currently taking a break because it's just WAY too warm in my basement... I'll have to see about getting a fan if it's too warm for Jackie... I know it would be for me... :p
The painting will probably have to wait now, but that's ok. Anywho... back to work in 15.
Well I'm busy cleaning for my sis's arrival....mainly so she has a place to sleep that isn't crowded with junk(Yes it is THAT bad). It hopefully won't take me too much longer, I have to check the matress on the cot first tho... if it's not so good... I might ask my parents if they have a spare daybed they could lend me (my parents should have one.... heaven knows that house has been packed with furniature), I might ask about a night table too... there should be a couple to spare.
I think I'll do what
traveling-storm did and make a list I can scratch off when I'm done something.
Finish cleaning out the spare room
Finish painting the spare room (it's 1/2 done) (not gonna get done)
Wash all the linen for the cot
Dry all the linen
Store stuff in the junk room
Clean the kitchen
Clean the Living room
Clean the dining room
Clean the bathrooms
Check the lighting in the rooms downstairs
Clean all the boxes up down stairs
See about getting a night table from mom
Check the pantry and Fridge (Need to go shopping)
Find new storage places for comics
Find new storage places for yarn.
I think that's about it... it's not too long of a list and I'm already started on the cleaning up part of it. Just need to get to it tomorrow and the las couple days I haev before Jackie shows up.
Almost 7 days left.... it's going to take forever to get here.
On a side note... I think I might have annoyed Nate last night....I don't know why I was so out of sorts...just hit me out of the blue....but damnit.... I'm right... I want the "Elder's House" to happen now.
Then I think about it again and wonder if I'm not being too dependant on my friends... I mean it's almost like I crave any attention I get....I probably need to get out more. :p
