so ecstatic!!
I get to see HIM *swwoooon* tomorrow... before he leaves for another two weeks to New York. I just talked to him on the phone and just hearing his voice made me feel so darn chipper.
pneumonia status.. with the plegm slowly easing its way out of my goddamn breathing passages I can now easily make it up and down the stairs without stopping to hack like a 90yearoldwomanwhosmokes14packsofcigarettesaday.
I signed up for my next school quarter and its going to be EFFIN tough!! all academic classes.. law and ethics (ahhh!!) the iccky stuff that you have to learn about.. such as what to do when a client tells you he rapes little boys and then murders them... well. you get it.
I have decided that I like christmas.. well.. the idea of it. I hate buying gifts for people because i dont know what to get them and i know they wont like what i have decided to grab off the shelf. DAMN this free economy all to hell.
I am sooo excited not only because lover boy is coming tomorrow.. but that I signed up for my TBR challenge 2008!! (tbr=to be read) it's a readers challenge to list twelve books you have always wanted to read but never "had the time to" and you read one each month.
my books are:
1) botany of desire
2) dancing wu-li masters
3) man who mistook his wife for a hat
4) feminine mystique
5) possibility of an island
6) the belljar
7) women who run with wolves
8) quiet room
9) codependent no more
10) step by step
11) the elementary particles
12) the great gatsby
yayyy!! can't wait to dive in ;) and most of the books are sitting dusty on my bookshelf DYING to be read.
