ATSUSHI’s appearance on CCTV3 show,“我要上春晚 (Wo Yao Shang Chun Wan)” !!
“Wo Yao Shang Chun Wan” means “I want to appear in the ‘Chun Wan’”.
The “Chun Wan” is CCTV’s annual televised event the day before Chinese New Year which is a countdown event to the New Year, starting at 8pm.
It is broadcasted live throughout China.
The show that supports it is “我要上春晚 (Wo Yao Shang Chun Wan)”, which as the highest viewer rating in China.
The show began airing in September 2010 on CCTV and instantly became a hit show.
Various talented people from singers, dancers, magicians, and comedians request to go on the show.
The winner by most popular votes, clinches the qualification to appear on “Chun Wan”.
ATSUSHI will appear on that special show this year as the first Japanese Special Guest!!! It is also the first time for ATSUSHI to appear in a China's TV programme. He performed his cover of ' 我愿意 (wo yuan yi)'. After his performance, he said that he was happy to be able to be closer to his China fans and hope his song will be able to touch the fans of China.
