(no subject)
I think I had something I wanted to write about but then I got sidetracked by my internet abandoning me. It'll probably come back to me later.
My friend finally brought me my birthday present earlier this week-- I had asked if he had any of the "Just Dance" Wii games, and he didn't but he offered to try and find them. I forgot about it and wondered when he was going to come hang out again because he missed my birthday because he was out of town for like, a month and a half. Anyway, I checked my phone as I was going to my car after work the other day and had a couple of texts from him, so I called him back while I drove home. He made it sound like he wasn't up for hanging out, but he surprised me a little while later by calling me to tell me he was coming over with my present, which turned out to be the first Just Dance game. We played it for a while, though at first it was only me, feeling paranoid that he was behind me doing something untoward with his iphone, but he joined in for a few songs. I was giggling like a madwoman and really very terrible at the whole being coordinated and following the pictures on the screen, but it was really fun.
Also, my weekly weigh-in showed me that I lost 1.4kg in the last week. Nine more to go by October? Yay me. :3
However, in a phooey kind of way, apparently there are supposed to be storms tomorrow, or later tonight, or something? There are already flash flood warnings and wind advisories for Monday. It's still Saturday, right? I'm a little confused about it. Damn you, tropical storms. D;
