Sooo Bored
Okay, so i work nights, third shift, and im really getting tired of being bored all day, so i figured that id come rant on here for a while. it really sucks for my social life, or lack thereof, because i have to be at work at 10:00 pm. That just makes it soo hard to do anything. my days are like cut in half. i get home from work at like 6:30 am get to sleep, hopefully, by 7 or eight, then i sleep til 4 or 5, then i get up eat, shower and its pretty much time to go to work. AAHHH.. SO FRUSTRATING
So, I know what your thinking.. Get a new job that isnt nights, right? well, thats easier said than done. You always get paid better for working nights. so, if i were to take a job during the day, my income would drop and i'm tapped out with the current budget im on.
Now for the positives. It's pretty cool being able to do whatever you want all day long and i never ever have to drive in traffic, which is great cause i have road rage.. It literally takes me 11 minutes to get to work. Anyone who has ever driven on Manchester in West County knows that 11 minutes during the daytime will get you through 2 stoplights, maybe. Aside from that, I cant think of any other positives for this job. Currently i dont recieve any benefits and i feel like im just wasting away. You know what i mean? Man, i wish i could afford to go to college. Those of you who are lucky enough to attend college, please, please dont take it for granted. I made one big mistake in my past and it, so far, has completely screwed up and cemented my crappy future all at the same time. But thats life, right?
