I went to the drunk monkey in elkton, MD (where slackers used to be) and got totally wasted with my mom for my 23rd birthday. Then spent all of sat (my birthday) in bed ALL. DAY. Oh well tons of fun was had. Lots of vomit everywhere haha. After I recovered FINALLY I started insanity. Which was yesterday.
My fit test is as follows:
FIT TEST 1:
Switch kicks: 105
Power jacks:64
Power Knees: 95
Power jumps: 34
Globe jumps: 11
Suicide jumps: 20
Push-up jacks: 17
Low plank oblique: 54
After that I did cardio abs for fun... so I guess that's extra.
My measurements were:
Weight: 122
Waist: 28 inches
Hips: 34.5
Right arm: 10.5
Left arm: 10.5
Right thigh: 21
Left thigh: 20.5 (ugh)
I'm already 119 so that's nice lol. My goal was 118. Works for me. New stats on day 15.
