[料理] Cured Salmon

There are a lot of images to show you, and it will take up a lot of space on the screen, so I have decided to link to all the photos instead. Last night I randomly decided to try and cure salmon at home. What was needed? 6 cups of sea salt and sugar with white pepper, baby dill and italian parsley. The filets have been resting for 14 hours so far. (Filets in Fridge) Now I am enjoying a bit of tea. It's a blossoming flower type tea. (Blossom Tea) Did anyone make chocolates for Valentine's Day week? I did! I made chocolate truffles. For the sake of it, I'll show this picture.

Hehe I'm quite proud of them. They are filled with chocolate creme with rum and raspberries. I will post the recipe in a little while.
