Since I arrived in Ohio for the winter holiday, I've been on an exercise routine to get back in shape! Alternating days, I do:
biceps curl, chest press, dumbbell fly, lateral shoulder raise, upward row, heel stand, toe stand, sit ups, "superman", pelvic tilts, stretching
My body is feeling great from the exercise and healthy eating! Because of stress, I lost weight earlier this year. Hopefully I can regain my muscle mass and I will be at my normal weight again. Everyone, let's be healthy and exercise so we can feel good and welcome the new year with a healthy body and good attitude!
