1. They mess up on my special set order by sending me half of what I paid for. Where's my off white and black set?
2. They haven't replied to my emails even after the long grace period I gave them due to the holidays.
3. By the time I DO hear from them, they try to cover their ass by forwarding an email they supposedly sent on the 8th saying they will ship it "the day after tomorrow".
4. It is obviously not shipped "the day after tomorrow" of the 8th because I got my tracking number just last night.
5. The tracking number does not work.
*tears hair out*
