Author’s Notes: It's been a while since I wrote a yaoi fic. I hope you'll still read my fics... onegaishimasu *bows*
Summary: Jin and Kazuya knew that they are brothers. But what will they do if unconsciously the love they're feeling for each other was not just mere brotherly thing? What will they do if the love they feel were in a romantic way? Will they continue this or not? If they will, how?
Thirty minutes passed, Jin and Kazuya arrived at the hospital. Junno, Maru and PI were all there. Kazuya avoided Yamapi's gaze knowing that very soon he will have to say that he needed to break up with him in order to help his big brother move on from Itsuko. But he suddenly thought that someone will also get hurt by doing this. But for Kazuya, Jin was his priority, no one else. He doesn't care if anyone or everyone gets hurt as long as Jin's not hurt.
JIN: Junno! *ran to Junno* How is she? Is she ok?
Then the doctor came out.
DOCTOR: Are you friends of the patient?
JIN: Yes! How's Itsuko tell me she's fine!
KAZUYA: *looked down* Don't be hurt Kazu, niichan's just worried about her, he's already yours, nothing to be jealous about.
DOCTOR: We already ran out of Type-AB blood, and she needs blood right away, or else she'll die, is anyone AB-typed here?
JUNNO: Atashi!
PI: T-taguchi-senpai...
JUNNO: Use all of my blood I don't care if I die, just let her live.
DOCTOR: Follow me please.
Junno and the doctor entered the emergency room and left Maru Pi, Kazuya and Jin. This time the atmosphere became more tensed.
JIN: *sat down on the bench and cried, hands on his forehead* Kazu... she'll be fine right?
KAZUYA: *sat beside Jin* She'll be, don't worry.
JIN: This is all my fault... if only I already listened to her in the first place!
MARU: No one's at fault here Jin... it's just... maybe everything was destined to happen.
Pi nodded with what Maru said.
JIN: But I'm still the cause Pi... I AM!!!
KAZUYA: Niichan, you're not the cause it's all Izumi Reiko's fault... she set up everything...
JIN: Why does she has to do this to us?! Damn it!
An hour passed the doctor came out.
DOCTOR: The patient, Minamoto Itsuko's safe now... as for the donor, Taguchi Junnosuke, he'll need to rest for a while and he'll be fine.
The four sighed in relief.
PI: Yokatta ne, Kazu... *smiled at Kazuya*
KAZUYA: *ignored Pi, pretended that he didn't hear what Pi said and turned his attention to Jin* Ne niichan, I told you everything will be fine.
JIN: Un... *looked at the doctor* Can we see them now?
DOCTOR: Yes, we'll be bringing them to their room.
Room 420. Junno and Itsuko were currently sleeping. Jin was at Itsuko's side and the other three were beside Junno. Kazuya couldn't help but to stare at his aniki holding Itsuko's hand. Jin stood up and gave Itsuko his last kiss on her lips.
JIN: Gomen ne Itsuko... *smiled* Kazu, let's go home... I'm only here to make sure that she'll be fine.
JUNNO: *grunted* Baka... apologize to her when she's awake... it'll make her feel better...
JIN: *looked down and looked back to Junno* You're right... I should stay here, until she wakes up... then I'll leave her to you, Junno.
JUNNO: *smiled* Don't worry, I'll take good care of her.
JIN: Thanks *sat back beside Itsuko*
MARU: How are you feeling now Junno?
JUNNO: Dizzy.... damn I felt like I lost all of my blood.
MARU: The doctor said you'll be fine after a whole day of rest... so go to sleep now.
JUNNO: *nodded* Thanks. *went back to sleep*
Kazuya looked at Yamapi.
KAZUYA: Pi, can we talk outside.
YAMAPI: Uh.. yeah, sure...
The two went outside of the hospital and went to the garden near it.
YAMAPI: What is it Kazu?
KAZUYA: Pi, I wanna break up with you...
YAMAPI: *eyes widened* Nande?
KAZUYA: Pi, I realized that... I still love oniichan more than anything...
YAMAPI: *looked down and smiled*
KAZUYA: Why are you smiling?
YAMAPI: I knew it Kazu... I just gave it a try if... I can make you forget about him and love me... but... I failed...
KAZUYA: Pi... *embraced Pi* don't worry Pi... you will always be my best buddy.
YAMAPI: Just make sure... you'll be happy with him... *cried but still smiling and embraced Kazuya back*
KAZUYA: *nodded* I will Pi, thanks.
