Just one of those days...?
Well, today started out with almost falling over for no reason whatsoever on the way to turn off my alarm, and bumping into several things.
And when I got off work today, I got some groceries. It was just a small bag, and I set it on top of the car while I fumbled to get my keys out. Incidentally, it took me a very long time to find the keys, and since I was holding several other things, I completely forgot about the groceries. I drove off, and not far down the road, I heard a thump, and the bag went flying off the back of the car and into the street.
But the odd thing was that a vagabond looking guy had been walking along on the side of the road, and as soon as the bag hit the road he went running out. (To get it, or...?!?)
I didn't go back, so I guess I'll never know.
If I hadn't been in a bad mood at the time I'm sure I would have found it very funny, I'm afraid it is only amusing in retrospect.
Otherwise the day was uneventful, besides running into several inanimate objects. I really need some sort of 'just one of those days' icons...
