(no subject)
Well, it feels like it's been awhile. I have resurfaced after watching Princess Tutu! It was *very* fantastic. I feel like now should follow a long narrative on just why Princess Tutu (it's a lot better than the name sounds) was so amazing, but Flaed has already done that over on her journal, and I feel lazy.
Suffice to say, for the time being, that it was was truly fun, entertaining, full of wonderful characters, unexpected plot turns, and a perfect ending....and I am dyeing to watch it again! SOON. But...that probably won't happen, and that's alright, because I can just keep my fond memories with me for a while. But re-watching is my first instinct with stuff that I love.
Nothing else to speak of has happened besides watching Princess Tutu, I guess. Umm...
I found out that my Grandmother is coming into town for a couple days next weekend. Hmm. Unexpected, and a little bit awkward because I am working Saturday and Sunday until 3:00, and I never know what to do when she (and my uncle who annoys me to no end) are around.
Wait...I didn't have a LiveJournal last time my-uncle-who-annoys-me-to-no-end was here. Hmm. Be prepared for angsty and annoyed posts! (I'll try not to, but he is the one person I have met in the world who annoys me that much. It's actually rather curious, since he's not mean or a bad person or anything. He just is...um, never mind.)
Well, my parents and I put up a Christmas tree today, and it's very pretty. Of course, it always is. But I enjoy our living room once the tree is up, because with that and the fireplace it's all so cozy. (It's all so magical...(running joke))
I love winter.
(I still can't end italics. *fuming* I just previewed it, and they were supposed to end after 'magical' but no matter what I do they won't. Even this is probably in italics.)
