wi-fi poems

I've joined the ranks of the future and hold in my hand a phone which is smart. This may come as a shock only after hearing that my previous phone had been at my side for eight years.

So this is quite a step forward.

I've written some poems on it because I was reading T.S. Eliot because my computer finally fell victim to rogue programming.

As I fell a-spinning
Twirling
Twisting through the winter air
I dreamed about the sunlight
Dancing
Darting through your dusky hair

And

Together we hiked the snow-chilled land
The ice land, the frozen land
I tucked my hopes in the palm of his hand
And he fixed his dreams on a distant star
An ice star, a frozen star
When I asked he said, "Not far, not far."

Halfway there he lost the track
So sullen, sodden, we turned back.
