First day of "vacation" complete

Nov 24, 2004 22:30

So, I've been mildly productive today. Finished my criminal procedure outline. I'm working on the con law outline now. I've done two chapters. I just started the chapter on substantive due process. Since I wrote my law review note on this topic, I'd be ashamed if I missed a question dealing with this. Really ashamed. But, hey, it could happen. It's not like I've never been embarrassed before.

After dinner tonight (which was completely vegetarian...go Mom!), my dad took us to Big Olaf's. It is this place that sells Amish-style ice cream. I had a scoop of coconut and a scoop of chocolate lovers (death to brittsaqt, sorry). It was delicious. The rest of the family, minus litteach71 went to see National Treasure. I stayed home and played Yahoo! games and tried to do some outlining. I did get some done. I'm trying to maintain the momentum for awhile. I have to get up early tomorrow, because we're leaving to go visit my older brother by 7:30 a.m. If I don't want to look like crap warmed over, I gotta get up around 6:45. Sigh. I shouldn't have to get up so early on a day with no school. It's just not fair. Such is life though.

I'm not actually online as I type this...I'll have to post it later. Oh well. I hope everyone has a good Thanksgiving, whatever your plans are. Remember that the poor turkey gave up its life as you chew it. I won't be eating any meat this Thanksgiving. My first meatless one. Yay!
