Who did a meme? Me, me, me!

Rikkaidai: My favorite POT team and the one most of my POT fanfiction revolves around! I was introduced to POT pretty late; I still remember mixing up Inui and Oishi in one of the 1st musicals I watched (the amusement of Denise and Fen). My love for Rikkai (and Sanada 'Tarundoru' Genichirou) was kickstarted by the Gakuen Renai game that we were playing at futomimii's house though. As a team, I admire their steely determination and their constant drive to win, which ultimately gives them that sense of confidence in their victory. I think I may need a motivation drive like theirs. XD;;
English language: My current major in university. For a language I use everyday, it really is a pretty challenging major to study! Thanks to subjects like phonetics and morphology, I now randomly stop and fuss about my pronunciation of certain words. We have some pretty amazing teachers though, so most subjects are really interesting to learn about.
Studies aside, English is such a broad, vast language - one could devote one's entire life to learning it and still never learn it all. As someone once put it, 'the more you study english, the more you realize how little about it you truly know.'
Choir singing: I don't sing in the choir all that often actually. ;p I'm more often a back-up singer for Sunday service worship (and the pianist occasionally), but I do help out by singing harmony or alto sometimes on special events like Christmas. It helps that I sing in key and and can pick out the intervals between notes. My voice is decent, but not very powerful though IMO. ^^;;
Food: FOOD, GLORIOUS FOOD. One of my life motto (much to my girth's dismay) is 'Live to eat'; too much good food out there to enjoy! With the exception of certain bizarre foodstuffs (like monkey-brain, to name one), I'm pretty flexible when it comes to food, not being overly picky and all. It'd be cool to be able to go around the world sampling various delicacies one day, if I can afford the money and the stomach-space.
And right after that, I'd probably have to introduce the word 'exercise' to my vocabulary.
Perfectionism: *wry* This is because of my obsession with completing video games 100%, isn't it? But yes, I am, sadly, a perfectionist that way - I can get really caught up with finding, refining or completing every single detail of a project or game I'm on. Coupled with my lacking motivation drive, it isn't a very good combo. I do it unconsciously though; I'll tell myself that anything will be alright as long as it works, only to find myself nitpicking on the first few lines of a fic later because it doesn't quit sit right. My everlasting quest to finish FFXII is probably another testament to that.
One of these days, I need to donate half of my enthusiasm for perfecting things to my motivation and then, maybe, I'll have a nice balance.
Also, my prayers go out to Denise's family; Pei Pei will be sorely missed. *hugs*
