So I havn't updated this thing for awhile. Oh well. Some news and notes:
- Arrested Development has been renewed for a 3rd season, possibly a 4th (in order to guarentee syndication). This is a very, very good thing. I'm waiting for Season 2 to come out on DVD (November). This show is so fantastic, I bought a shirt off of eBay last week (make sure you go to
GetArrested.com and sign the pledge) and I should have a signed script coming in the mail any day now. Just fantastic.
- Funeral For A Friend has a new CD coming out in July, and I got my hands on 3 new tracks. I noticed that they have made one of those three songs (Streetcar) their new single, and out of the 3 I have, I can honestly say it's the "worst" of the bunch. Still a decent little track, but not as good as it can be.
- So I rented the UK version of "The Office", after watching and loving the American version. For those of you from the UK who are 'buddies' of mine, is that how most accents out there are like? Because I can seriously only understand half of what they're saying. It is supposed to be a fantastic show, but I'm going to have to watch it with subtitles. Also, for those in the UK, have you seen the American version of "The Office"?
- One of my birthday presents from Megan was tickets to the Warped Tour (7/31), and as Taste of Chaos I got a flyer for our line-up. I plan on seeing (if I can):
My Chemical Romance, Atreyu, Senses Fail, Avenged Sevenfold, Motion City Soundtrack, Boys Night Out, Hopesfall, Emery, Lost City Angels, The Bled, Thrice, The Kinison, Funeral For A Friend, Strung Out, Millencolin, The Weakend, Alucard, Saosin, Yesterdays Rising
And maybe a few more if I can fit them in. Overall, less of a 'pop' tour than it has been the past few years (Dillinger Escape Plan is going to play here too, but I don't much care for them). I'd like to get an anti-PETA shirt and hang around the PETA2 tent for a little bit, and let them know how stupid they are. But that would only be if I have time.
- I love downloading HDTV versions of shows. Not only do I get to see them in HDTV, but I get to watch them when I want and without commercials. Simply brilliant. I have discovered a few new shows, such as "Penn & Teller: Bullshit!" which I actually learn from. Then I get all the Family Guy / American Dad / Simpsons / CSI / Revelations / Lost / Desperate Housewives / Daily Show / Arrested Development / Office episodes, amongst others.
- I've been going home from work early a lot lately. I don't mind, all of my major expensives are out of the way (mainly my computer). And it's nice to have more time to myself.
- I need to go on another cruise. Those things are, I'd have to just assume, like a drug. So very addicting.... let's say... like Seinfeld. Yes, cruises are like Seinfeld. You just want more.
- We now have a cat. It's our first "real" pet, after goldfish and 3 guinea pigs. Her name is 'Liger', which we can just link to Napoleon Dynamite. Really nice cat, but of course with a cat comes cat smell. Oh well. Here she is:

Picture One-
Picture Two Anybody interested in buying some DVDs? I decided that the only DVDs I need to keep are my Adam Sandler collection, Seinfeld and some other TV shows (such as Arrested Development, of course). Here's a link to what I have, and because I'm sure you're all awesome, I can give a discout of some sorts:
