Poor Guitar is going to think this is his home.
At least Mayor Whiskers has the decency to be ashamed for forcing them back here the next Sim day.

When Kayla came home from work that day, I had her take over childcare so Axolotl could spend some time working on her aspiration.
Kayla: ...But what if I don't know the answers to these flash cards?
He's, like, four, Kayla. I'm sure you'll be fine.
Axolotl takes over again for bathtime.
Then Guitar is left to his own devices for a while.
Guitar: Kitty read book?
Poor Kayla hates being pregnant.
IT HASN'T EVEN BEEN A DAY!
I'm ashamed to admit I sent Kayla to the spa for another fertility massage instead of taking Mayor Whiskers to the vet right away.
Axolotl and Guitar waited for her outside.
And had a synchronized poop when they got home.
Guitar: Ohhhh. Pooping! I get it now!
*sigh* I guess we'll take you to the vet.
Kayla: TAKE ME TO THE HOSPITAL FIRST!
Kayla: I can't believe that worked!
Kayla: Oh. Right. I'm in a world of paaaain!

After the baby is born, I have Axolotl take Mayor Whiskers on a midnight vet run.

I wasn't going to post any of the quadrillion screenshots I took of Banjo as a baby, but every single one of her facial expressions is gold.
Cassidy has been trying to get Axoltol to come to her house again almost every day and Kayla finally has a day off to look after the children, so....
...It's good to see you, too, Cassidy.
Jessica has grown into a slightly evil-looking child.
Whereas Casandra is more sad than hot-headed.
I feel like every time Axolol is around Cassidy, the regret face comes out.
Casandra: Little sister! Give me a hug!
Jessica: You see what I have to live with all the time?
Axoltol: I have a kiddo who will be your age soon. Want to come to his birthday party?
Jessica: *stage whispering* Say yes, Casandra! She's famous!
Casandra: Famous for breaking our mother's heart!
...What part of her is cheerful, though??
Cassidy's husband, Wolfgang, returned home from work just then.
I don't think he's too happy about Axolotl being there.
Casandra: Shouldn't she be doing this with her children?
Just enjoy it, Casandra.
I thought it might be cute for them to sing a ballad together, buuut...

Well, it's good one of us isn't traumatized, I guess.
Axolotl returns home for some more tandem pooping.

Guitar: Stop sitting around and play with me!

He's not, but I was suddenly reminded of how long Mayer Whiskers has been alive.

I would say that's just him having an active imagination, but the truth is, she just might be.
Now every living member of the household has a song.
(If "To: My Life, With Love" counts for Axolotl, that is.)
Usually my Sims power through promotions so quickly, but not Kayla. Kayla takes her sweet time.

I decided on a hamburger cake for Guitar.
Casandra's a teenager now.
And Jessica is still somehow a Cheerful Sim.
Banjo aged up into a toddler. I have no idea where she got the blonde hair from, but I love it.
Banjo: 😇
The only thing this child's missing is a smattering of freckles.
I can't stop taking screenshots of her, you guys.
Banjo: *derp*
That faaaaace.
But Guitar is super cute, too! And it's time for him to age up.
Where is everyone as he blows out the candles?

To my great surprise (and delight), it looks like Guitar inherited both Axolotl's eye shape and her nose.
Jessica: Big whoop. All he did was grow up. I've done that twice now!
Jessica: Hey! You may have a big head, but you're not special!
Jessica: *glares a hole into his soul*
I love her so much.
Suddenly, the camera zoomed over to Mayor Whiskers.
Noooooo! I'm not ready yet!
Grim: AND YOU THOUGHT YOU COULD GET AWAY WITH NOT INVITING ME TO THIS DOUBLE BIRTHDAY PARTY.
Guitar: The grown ups are whispering about something in the other room. I'm going to surpsise them.
No! Wait! Don't go in there!
Worst. Birthday. Ever.
Everyone: *uncontrollable sobbing*
Cassidy: Can everyone quiet down?
Cassidy: I'm trying to learn charisma here!
