Dinner = Success!

Ok... basically I had to use up a bunch of things for dinner to clear fridge freezer space but it came out pretty cool!
Convincing my family to go for the cherries was the hardest part surprisingly!

Okay so I made a hot/cold stir fry made from stuff about.

First I made the sauce/dressing- ginger, soy sauce, garlic, bit of malt vineager, and some various spices until it tasted right.

Then I made a small bit of peanut satay with a small bit of it and the dredges of peanut butter, set that to fry with the chicken breasts while I prepped the rest.

The hot part was a fry up in the dressing/sauce of baby corn, green beans, water chestnuts,  green and orange pepper, broccoli
The cold was spinach,  dandelion leaves,  cut up cherries, and  romaine,  iceburg lettuce

To finish this I had basmati rice.

Essentially bottom rice, next the cold salad, then the hot vegetables then pour either more of the cooked sauce or some of the uncooked dressing on top with the strips of peanut chicken mixed in the cold salad.

The sauce itself was just a touch too bitter, the cherries being in season are sweet right now and balance it. So at first my family was making a 'it's okay, you went a touch to bitter' before I forced them to try the cherries and now there are no leftovers or remaining cherries...... not totally sure if this was a success >_<'
