i own this thing called an ab-tilt. it's for tummy workouts, situps basically. but you sit on it, that way you're off the floor and it's a lot easier on your back. mostly it's fun to sit on and it's like a one person teeter-totter.
may i give it to you? i mean, can i give it to you?! like, will you take it. but i'd like to give it to you. but if you won't have space for it in any of your living quarters, you probably don't want it. it kind of takes space, but it does fold and then lean against a wall. but still, it's only useful when unfolded. unless you hang coats on it, which is what we do...
you're the only person i could think of who regularly does situps... i am afraid of my floor, so i don't do them, and then i got all these boxes of crap so there's no space for the thing to open and then we started putting coats on it so i haven't used it anymore. i thought it would be cool to give it to you for christmas... :D you should come look at it soon :)
and we're only hours, at this point, away from dinner and what not, and it's possible, now that i think about it, that i'll see you before you read this, but i have in fact started jogging now. i do it very poorly, but point is it's happening. most of the walking only days are over, so the days ahead are mostly 5 minute jogs with 15 - 25 minute walks (except i still can't jog a straight 5 minutes, i just add them up). so if you ever want to go jogging/walking! ben and i usually go on a whim (during the day cause if it's a walk/jog day, we try very hard to make it happen). so if you ever want to, you should let us know and we'll do a little planning.
phew, okay, tomorrow i'll ask, and if you haven't read this, i'll let it all out :D
The ab-tilt looked like ab-joy, Anni. It will be fun to play and work out at the same time! Also, I would be happy to join in with the jogging sometimes, although I'm sort of a wimp when it comes to anything faster than brisk walking. I will try! I will see you tonight for dinner again!
