Because I've been fresh out of blog ideas for a while, and because anyone who knows me knows I'm quite the Anglophile when it comes to Church music, I've decided to youtube me singing some of my favourite hymns. The first one is "All My Hope of God is Founded". Hymnal 1982 #665. Tune Name: "Michael". This has always been a powerful hymn to me, especially the last verse. I think it truly exemplifies what The "Anglican" Hymn truly is. Look for more to come, likely "For All the Saints" by the legendary English composer, Ralph Vaughn Williams to be next. Don't know how long this series will run. Likely until more boredom runs out or I need to stop procrastinating for exams.
