Derp on my part.
Dangnabbit, I was just about to make a post from Roger saying that the hostel was open (even if they're a bit short-sheeted at the moment because he's asking his newly hired accountant to help him figure out something that doesn't ring quite true), and I realized- I don't recall which zone I had permission to put it in. Does anyone remember, or can I just plop it down in the highest zone Roger feels he can safely afford?
