Maybe Stormer or Trixie?

Stormer would be the more challenged, if it's all deathtrap-y inside, while Trixie would be likely to cheat, using magic.

I don't think it's common knowledge as to just how the testing center is set up though, so it should be a surprise for characters.

I would say that it would be as close to the original facilities in terms of test courses as GLaDOS could have made it. Some things might be substituted for what's not available in Axiom- or vice-versa. Aperture was all about improvement. ...oh dear, things could probably be much worse than the original place, thinking about it that way.
