Despite being human, Dirge was having a very good day. His trip to a clothing store had proved extremely fruitful and he was now on his way back to his lair to drop off the bags before he went out again. Riding Scorponok had initially taken a bit of getting used to, but the clone was a quick learner and was soon able to urge his steed to greater speeds.

"...then we're gonna go to a bunch of those places that make food very fast and- Why is my door open?!" Dirge exclaimed as they rounded a corner. Frowning, the jet-turned-human had Scorponok slowly creep inside. What he found there made him incredibly angry.

"What do you think you're doing?! Those are my things!" he snarled at Blackout.

Scorponok was having a pretty good day, too. It was fun getting to explore the city with his current master, and the reactions of the other people on the street as he and Dirge passed had amused him. His happy chatter cut off at Dirge's command to slow and sneak into his room, but slowly picked up again as he realized who was inside. The symbiont didn't even need to turn the corner to realize that it was Blackout, and that only made his day better.

And just as Scorponok had been able to sense Blackout, so had the big Tyran become aware of his symbiont's approach. He'd barely even had time to start, and stopped now, watching his symbiont and the currently-human thief enter.

He didn't bother to stop the amused quick of his mandibles. "Most of them, yes. However, some of these are mine, so if you'll excuse me, squishy, I'll be reclaiming them now."

Blackout was.... enormous. Dirge stared upwards, his mouth dropping open a little at the sheer height difference. And did he always have so many spikes? That thing in his chest was making a lot of noise all of a sudden... the helicopter could probably hear it- he put a hand over it in embarrassment.

"You will do no such thing. Touch anything in here and I'll rip your optics out!" the tiny Dirge threatened, standing up on Scorponok's back and pointing a ridiculously thin finger at the Tyran.

"I hope you can recognize the patent absurdity of you threatening me, fleshling," Blackout rumbled, setting down the anonymous twist of metal in his hand and closing the distance between himself and Dirge in two long steps. The height difference would be even more obvious from this close, even with boost in height from Scorponok.

He wouldn't have that for long, though, as Scorponok started squirming at Blackout's approaching, chirring and lifting his claws to his symbiont. Dirge may have been clearly unhappy to have found the massive Tyran in his quarters, but Scorponok couldn't be happier.
