Thundercracker snarled in rage at the lack of damage done by his rays. Weren't the weapons modeled after Starscream's, the former Decepticon SIC, almost on par with Megatron himself? Shouldn't his be better? He realized he hadn't actually seen much action with them, and perhaps he should have tested their strength properly at some point (it never crossed his processors that it could be that this Megatron was just that strong).

No matter, he was Thundercracker, and he was more than physical weapons.

Aiming at the supports of the platform the tyrant was currently standing upon, he prepared his rays to unleash a sonic blast, as he ingeniously had back in his universe to destroy the cement encasing him. The charging time was negated by the fact that Megatron stood there, all but immobile, cruelly glaring at him like he was mere entertainment rather than a formidable foe. He'd show him! Firing, the air warped around the shots as they descended, and with a deafening impact they destroyed the integrity of Megatron's perch.

((ooc: making some assumptions about his sonic weapons, since we didn't exactly get a normal depiction of them in canon. For the moment I'm gonna go with them creating a wider impact, versus the thin shots of the laser cannons))

Well, it would seem that this cretin had at least a few surprises for him. How fortunate, or this would end far too quickly... If he did not present even a small amount of challenge, he might have to question what his alternate self was thinking, when he had recruited his Decepticons.

If Thundercracker had been expecting the Decepticon lord to panic, he would be sorely disappointed. Perhaps his previous self might have been left at a disadvantage - however, that was before he had been made flight capable.

Bending his knees, he fired his thrusters once to blast himself away from his ruined perch with a low growl. And inconvenience at best.

"This is all you have to offer, miscreant? You dare to threaten me, when this is the extent of your power?"
