Kitt arrived at the base almost silently. His tires made their usual soft sounds against the ground as he rolled near, and then slid into the main room of the base, where he had spent his evenings parked in a corner until he'd found a place of his own.
Now, and only now, was he beginning to regret that decision.
He stretched his sensors out, seeking Ratchet, to guide him in the right direction.
