Who: Chromia & Lucca
What: Lucca wants to see a Cybertronian up close. Chromia complies...sort of.
Where: Zone 5
When: Directly after
this.
Summary: Chromia's done with her searching and ends up volunteering to let Luca see her. Up close. Maybe.
(
It's FOR SCIENCE! )
She slowed down in her jog, panting softly as she reached up to activate that communicator they'd given her. "Uh...Chromia? Where exactly are you, again...?"
She looked around, noting a few vehicles idling. Some signs...well, she'd have some reference, at least...

"I'll send you my exact coordinates. Hang on." Once she transmits them, she grumbles slightly. "Do hurry, please." Chromia isn't a fan of sitting out in the open. To many opportunities to get shot. Leaves you vulnerable, a sitting duck.

Still, it wasn't too long before she came across them, to see...nothing but vehicles. Lucca frowned, looking around. "...is this some kind of joke?"
Reply
Chromia was tempted not to say anything, honestly. However, she's really not as mean spirited as she comes off to be, so, with a grumble, she shifted and pulled herself into her bipedal state.
"No." She mumbled, staring hard at the human. "Not a joke."

"And-"
She cut herself off at the sound of gears, spinning around and automatically reaching for the Wondershot. Gripping in both hands, she prepared to defend herself...
And then lowered it a bit, blinking. A broad smile slowly began over her face. "Incredible," she breathed, holstering the gun. "And - you can just switch between forms? Just like that?"
Reply
Chromia's face settled into a frown. "Girl, you shoot at me and it'll be the last thing you do."
Once Lucca's weapon was lowered, Chromia relaxed the slightest bit.
"Yes. Just like that."

She paused briefly. "...can I have a look at it?" she asked hopefully, gesturing at the cannon.
Reply
"...If you insist." She kneels to Lucca's level, then held it out hesitantly. "I'm a gunner, back home. I kind of...specialize in weapons for us femmes." Guns and ammo and cannons, that was Chromia's game.

Lucca didn't even pause to give Chromia a chance to reply, immediately moving over and resting her hands on the metal. It felt a bit warm - possibly due to energy being stored in it? The energy had to come from the main body, but there was no obvious power source - then again, that just meant that it was protected well. Logically, it would be in the torso, like Robo's was...
"Femmes. Female model? You actually have gender?" she asked, continuing to examine, moving about and peering into whatever parts she could - even looking down into the barrel.

Chromia had to subdue every impulse within her not to blast Lucca away when she felt the humans hands on her. Sure, she'd carted Kaylee to the hospital before, but this was different. This was her letting a human put their hands on her then stick their face right in the barrel of her gun.
"It is a long story." One Chromia doesn't really get into.

"I am no AI." Once she had smoothed her feathers, she continued. "I supposed it wouldn't hurt to give you the schematics of it...it is a rather fine weapon." Of course it was. She'd designed it.

She trailed off. Robo...might not exist any more. They'd changed his future. He...would have loved to be here. She closed her eyes for a moment, took a breath, then opened them.
"I design my own - the Wondershot uses the power of the Sun Stone, for example. Maybe I could give it an upgrade or two, based on what you show me?"
Reply
"Tell you what. I give you my schematics if you promise to show me what you come up with." Chromia was always interested in upgrading weapons and the like.
Reply
"So...a step above AI is a Cybertronian?" she questioned, obviously seeking to understand. "Or am I using that in the wrong context?"
