In hindsight, Lucca realized she should have gotten a better description of where Chromia was than "Zone 5". A single level in Zone 5 seemed bigger than Guardia castle itself!

She slowed down in her jog, panting softly as she reached up to activate that communicator they'd given her. "Uh...Chromia? Where exactly are you, again...?"

She looked around, noting a few vehicles idling. Some signs...well, she'd have some reference, at least...

Chromia sighed. She forgets that humans can't trace her signal like she can other bots.

"I'll send you my exact coordinates. Hang on." Once she transmits them, she grumbles slightly. "Do hurry, please." Chromia isn't a fan of sitting out in the open. To many opportunities to get shot. Leaves you vulnerable, a sitting duck.

"I'm hurrying! This would just be a lot easier if I had something that could read coordinates." She started to jog again. "-well, read them better. I'd so trade anything for the Epoch right now," she added in a mutter.

Still, it wasn't too long before she came across them, to see...nothing but vehicles. Lucca frowned, looking around. "...is this some kind of joke?"

"Your communicator can read coords." She growled, shifting on her wheels. What was with this chick?

Chromia was tempted not to say anything, honestly. However, she's really not as mean spirited as she comes off to be, so, with a grumble, she shifted and pulled herself into her bipedal state.

"No." She mumbled, staring hard at the human. "Not a joke."

"Well, yes, I can tell that it can read them! It's just that the display could use a little work. I mean a lot of work." Right, she had a project of her own to work on. Making it more user friendly (which in her case simply meant giving a lot more information), noted.

"And-"

She cut herself off at the sound of gears, spinning around and automatically reaching for the Wondershot. Gripping in both hands, she prepared to defend herself...

And then lowered it a bit, blinking. A broad smile slowly began over her face. "Incredible," she breathed, holstering the gun. "And - you can just switch between forms? Just like that?"

Chromia is a combat warrior. She thinks in guns and tactics and battle plans. When she sees a weapon raised to her, regardless of situation, she immediately brings her own up and online. Lucca will soon find a very large cannon aimed at her.

Chromia's face settled into a frown. "Girl, you shoot at me and it'll be the last thing you do."

Once Lucca's weapon was lowered, Chromia relaxed the slightest bit.

"Yes. Just like that."

Rather than being worried, Lucca only felt more curious! If Chromia was going to fire upon her, she would have done it by now. Or, rather, if she was hostile. "Sorry, reflexes," she explained, grinning a little. "I've had my own share of robots trying to hurt me, though not here. And not just robots, either."

She paused briefly. "...can I have a look at it?" she asked hopefully, gesturing at the cannon.

"...Really. Decepticons?" Chromia can see that 'curiousity' on Lucca's face. It instantly makes her wary.

"...If you insist." She kneels to Lucca's level, then held it out hesitantly. "I'm a gunner, back home. I kind of...specialize in weapons for us femmes." Guns and ammo and cannons, that was Chromia's game.

"What's a Decepticon?"

Lucca didn't even pause to give Chromia a chance to reply, immediately moving over and resting her hands on the metal. It felt a bit warm - possibly due to energy being stored in it? The energy had to come from the main body, but there was no obvious power source - then again, that just meant that it was protected well. Logically, it would be in the torso, like Robo's was...

"Femmes. Female model? You actually have gender?" she asked, continuing to examine, moving about and peering into whatever parts she could - even looking down into the barrel.

"The enemy," She states that matter of factly, as though it were obvious and that was all Lucca needed to know.

Chromia had to subdue every impulse within her not to blast Lucca away when she felt the humans hands on her. Sure, she'd carted Kaylee to the hospital before, but this was different. This was her letting a human put their hands on her then stick their face right in the barrel of her gun.

"It is a long story." One Chromia doesn't really get into.

"Fair enough." She figured she could ask someone else for more details. Right now, the way this all worked was so much more interesting! "I appriciate this, by the way. I don't suppose I could get a schematic or two?" She looked up hopefully, moving off to the side again. "Since you're obviously more than just a simple AI, I figure trying to take you apart wouldn't be a good thing, but your technology is beyond anything I've ever seen! Even at Zeal, and they used magic!"

Chromia glared at her.

"I am no AI." Once she had smoothed her feathers, she continued. "I supposed it wouldn't hurt to give you the schematics of it...it is a rather fine weapon." Of course it was. She'd designed it.

Lucca tilted her head, noting the offense. "Well, like I said, you're more than an AI. One of my best friends was one..."

She trailed off. Robo...might not exist any more. They'd changed his future. He...would have loved to be here. She closed her eyes for a moment, took a breath, then opened them.

"I design my own - the Wondershot uses the power of the Sun Stone, for example. Maybe I could give it an upgrade or two, based on what you show me?"

"Definitely more than an AI." She grunted, then took note of Lucca's expression. She had no idea she might actually be causing any offense.

"Tell you what. I give you my schematics if you promise to show me what you come up with." Chromia was always interested in upgrading weapons and the like.

"Deal." Obviously, Chromia knew her weapons; no doubt she could advise on the design, as well! Lucca was always open to getting some input on those by knew what they were talking about, though there was a joy in coming up with your own ideas as well. Maybe working together...

"So...a step above AI is a Cybertronian?" she questioned, obviously seeking to understand. "Or am I using that in the wrong context?"

"We're sentient, functioning creatures. We're nothing like AIs." Chromia shifted in her position. "We think, feel, have emotions. As far as I can tell, AIs don't have those." Least not in her experience. To her, AIs were sort of like drones. Functional, but only that.
