Megamind arrived with no fanfare; his gear is hidden carefully. After all, he doesn't advertise all the time. Still, dressed in black suitable for grubbing about. With the hover bike parked outside, he enters with a curious glance; once he spies Agatha he heads for her.

"Hello!"

Agatha smiled brightly at the blue man, and rose from her chair, careful not to upset the clanks on her shoulders. He was impossible to miss.

"So nice to meet you in person, Megamind. Would you like a drink first or shall we get down to business?"

She, too, was dressed practically in brown denim and leather to protect her from sharp edges and whatever else they might come across in the Heap. Her hair was even braided back for this occasion, out of the way so it couldn't catch on anything. Couldn't be too careful down there.

"...when Science is waiting on it?" PFFT SCREW DRINKS.

He claps his hands together and then gestures toward the door. "Did you bring your own transport or do you need a lift?"

"Well, when you put it like that..."She grinned at him, setting her mostly-emtpy teacup down.

"I was going to drive my cart down, but if you've a faster way, my clanks can catch up with it."

Said cart wasn't just a cart, no. After the TransTechs had seized The Chair, she'd quickly built an alternate form of transportation. What she called a cart could in fact be called a car. One that sort of...hovered over the ground, using an inductive transharmonic repulsor system that she'd just invented. For fun, of course. It wasn't as impressive as Megamind's hoverbike, but it could carry quite a load, up to and including a medium-sized Cybertronian if need be.

"I think my way will be faster," Megamind replied, gesturing with one hand. "It just has significantly less cargo capacity than some. But it can certainly handle two passengers, and quite zippily!" It was a failing, his love for things that went very, very fast. Thankfully, he was able to manage it - mayhem junkie that he was, such things came to him second nature.

"So, your chariot of science awaits!"

"Oh, lovely~" Agatha practically purred once she got a good look at Dat Hoverbike. Oh man, inspiration. She'd have to make one. Then they could ride together and talk about SCIENCE! Maybe! She hadn't had a chance to develop a love of going very fast yet, after all. Not when mechanical wagons and airships were the prime mode of transport back home. That could be remedied.

"I'll have my clanks catch up, then." And she whistled something softly to one of the 'bots on her shoulder, then set it down so it could run off to the alley where the others were waiting.

She's going to develop that love very quickly.

Still, Megamind's awful skinny and blue to pull off the 'bad ass biker bad boy' but the way he swings his leg over that thing and waits for her to follow. THere is no sissy bar,though-- so she better be good about holding on...

"So where are you taking me? Or-- well, you get the idea?" he asks, even as he starts the engine; the 'bike' gave a rumble beneath them, and thne settled into a low growl, ready to fly.

Yes. Yes, she will.

She followed him onto the bike, feeling a little awkward as she swung her leg over. And since there wasn't a sissy bar or anything - not that she knew what it was called - she took the most expeditious route and held onto him. That's what she'd seen in the vids, at any rate.

"We need to go down to Zone 9."

"All the way down? Oh you do like to live da--"

...hands on him.

Hands that are not Roxanne's. He's-- not really thought this all the way through, because he was visibly startled by being touched, but relaxed after a moment.

Welp~! Gotta go anyway. He rolls on the throttle and twists the handlebars to point up. "Dangerous. Like I said." He weaves out of the tighter building, gaining speed before he hits the tunnels between zones, and then it's down, spiraling through the skies down, down, down zones...

She felt a little bad for startling him, honestly, and blushed. But didn't let go, as there really wasn't any other way to hold on safely, and she didn't fancy a tumble at those speeds.

"The Heap's in 9, so that's where we'll go. As long as you're not squeamish, it has the best parts."

She held on tight, making pleased noises at whatever maneuvers he made with the bike. Oh, she desperately needed to build one of those!

At those speeds, it didn't take them too long to get down there, either.

"Squeamish? That's there to be squeamish about?" Having yet to really GET into the Heap, he-- doens't know what to expect. Boy, will he be in for a surprise when they rich that dank, dark pit of a zone.

"Dead cybertronians, for one. And..other things. It really is quiet unpleasant."

How sad for him, then, that they were just coming onto it. She could smell it already. Ugh.

"...well, desecrating corpses in a new personal low, but--" If they just LEAVE them out here like this... tough tacos for the robots, he guesses. Though he bets Magnum is REALLY ANGRY WITH HIM RIGHT NOW but has no idea why. Beyond, you know, the park thing. Which he totally worked out, he swears.

His nose wrinkles as they approach; yeah, he can smell it. "Next time warn me! I'll bring my alchemist's beard. Whoooagh. That'd disgusting."

Circling he finds a good plcae to land -- and hide the bike. Something tells him he's going to need to make sure it's secure, and invisible... they may need a fast escape.

"They're hardly recognizable after they've been down here awhile. Little more than scrap along with the rest, unfortunately." It had been...troubling, the first few times she'd been here. Very troubling. But once she'd disassociated it, well. Necessity breeds invention, yes? And this was the place where she could find the best free parts the nexus had to offer.

"Apologies, I just learned to ignore it."

Her bots actually weren't that far behind them somehow, pouring into the nearest open space that was good for landing in. They'd help with the bike if she asked them to. And the cart could likely be hooked up to it. Shouldn't be hard to rig up a levitation engine, no?

Glad he wore his heavy duty boots for this, he begins to pick his way after her; skinny and surprisingly nimble for being so top-heavy, Megamind followed after, letting his eyes roam over the mass of ...

Well, junk. It was a Heap, alright.

"Good thing I brought brainbots," he says, reaching ito his small bag. He takes out a data pad, and forwards his list to them, before waving them off to start their own searches. He follows after Agatha, peering at things and wondering what some of this does--or did, once.

"Oh, very nice," she approved of the 'bots doing their own looking.

Which was exactly what hers were going to do, once she told them to do so. Which she did, in a very strange series of humming sounds that didn't seem like they ought to come from a human throat.

She picked her own way to a likely-looking pile of bits.

"Just keep an eye out for anything or anyone dangerous, and we should be fine!"
