WHAT: Getting the new guy patched up.
WHERE: Zone Five - Wheeljack's workshop, possibly moving to St Fallen later
WHEN: This afternoon, in tandem with this
WARNINGS/NOTES: No warnings except for some crossed wires, L-LOL There was a question of if we'd wanted to action spam or do a narrative log to meet up, and we did/do wanna log, though some action tags got written while waiting for LJ to spit us out our PMs so we knew which the other actually wanted. So . . . here we be. XD
Wheeljack puttered about his workshop, waiting for the new mech to arrive, pondering how weird this was going to be. Of the mechs in the city, those he'd met had all been very like his own from his own Stream. Well . . . most of them. Ironhide certainly wasn't. Neither, really, were Jazz and Ratchet, the Tyran ones . . . but he'd had the advantage of meeting their Primaxian counterparts first. And with the Cliffjumper who was here, he'd somehow, somewhere along the way, gotten it into his head that when or if Bumblebee ever got pulled here, that it'd be the Mini-bot he knew, or one very like him.
This one? Not so much.
Well, that wasn't necessarily true. The mech might not look anything like his creation, but that didn't say there wouldn't be personality similarities. After all, frag, look at the Ratchets! And from what little he'd seen, the Jazzs. Even the Optimuss. ...Optimi?
Okay, he was going to give himself a fragging processor ache at this rate. Oy.
In any case, he was glad that the mech had taken him up on his offer, and he looked forward to the other's arrival. Akin to his creation or not, the mech was an Autobot, and a newcomer in need of orientation. And friends. Those were enough for the old engineer to welcome him and do what he could to help.
...now where'd he leave that spanner? Hm....
