Who: IDW Jazz and TFA Dirge [Closed]
What: Jazz has a shiny dirge wants.
Where: Random alley somewhere in Zone 4
When: Backdated to Sunday, before The Griffin, before Wheeljack is found and just before this convo with Ratchet
Warnings/Notes: Violence, some gore.
Nothing.
Yet again, there is nothing. Jazz doesn't expect to find Wheeljack just lying in the alley or dumpster diving--he trusts that by now the mech would've answered someone's summons. Still he expected to find something that would point to where the mech was or where he'd been. Zone 4 is a big place, lots of alleys to get lost in here but there's not one sign of a struggle. There's no white paint on anything, no out of place or overturned dumpsters. Everything looks as pristine as an alley could be.
Jazz crouches, frowning at the ground and flicking a glance up at the open dumpster. Salvaging parts he understands, Primus, he's used his own parts for other things but clearly Wheeljack thought he was safer than he was. His visor flashes, working in the hopes he'll pick up even the smallest fragment of paint or energon.
The lack of anything is frustrating. Mechs don't just disappear. It's not his Wheeljack but he's a fellow Autobot and loyalty is everything. Jazz won't stop looking, not until he's checked every nook and cranny in Axiom. He doesn't give up and won't, until they know what happened.
For now, he sighs. He'll check this once more and then move on.
