WARNINGS/NOTES:
Despite having kept an optic or two out, he'd obviously managed to miss Toph earlier. And continued to do so until, well, now. She happened to be the only one sitting on the particular bench she'd mentioned at this point, so the odds of this being the right person was rather large.
Also, he saw that attempt to trip another passersby, Toph, so he was approaching from the side to lean down against the back of the bench.
"So, how many have ya tripped so far?"
