Hunting for Bounty Hunting
WHO: Grimlock and OPEN
WHAT: Grimlock is looking for some other direction besides fighting in the pits, and he heard somebody in The Blue Deployer might deal in bounties... and Grimlock'd make a good bounty hunter. But he's also in a bar, so he could run into anybody.
WHERE: Zone 6: The Blue Deployer Bar
WHEN: A night after one of the fights.
WARNINGS/NOTES: Surly mechs a-drinkin'
The Blue Deployer is full of idiots.
That's Grimlock's general opinion of the type of mech who will willingly gamble away his credits when The House Always Wins. Considering how stocked the gambling tables are here as the huge Dinobot strides past, that one Starscream may have had the right idea in opening up another one of these fool magnets.
Grimlock isn't here for anything other than a post-fight drink, however, as he shrugs off the congratulations tossed his way by those who recognize him from his freshly restarted career on the fight circuit. Finding a seat at the bar, he leans forward to order a drink - something hard and unforgiving - and he radiates such a mood that some people around him move over a couple of seats.
It'd be hard to mistake this behemoth for someone sociable.
But soon after he settles in, his optics start to move over the room. He'd heard some loose chatter in the locker room about a guy at this place who "deals in bounties," and remembering that run-in he had with Ironhide about hunting down a Sharkticon during his last tour of duty in this world, he began to think bounty hunting might be a decent way to kill time.
Since beating the living scrap out of random mechs in the pits doesn't help him deal with the pain of monumental loss he keeps feeling. At least not for very long.
"Mnuh. What that guy's name?" Grimlock mumbles to himself. "Cytorrak? Crackojack? Craponok?"
Sometimes the way his processor processes isn't as welcome as it may seem.
