WHO: Toph Bei Fong and Edward Elric
WHAT: Edward's coming to help Toph get to somewhere she can stay. Also he'll find out that he's not the shortest, yeaaah.
WHERE: Starting outside Central Processing.
WHEN: After Toph's arrival on the 8th
Toph managed to find her way outside the Central Processing building without getting waylaid by any of the TransTechs. So now she was waiting for this Edward Elric guy, perched atop a chair she'd pulled up from the ground.
Hopefully he wouldn't take too long.
