...had a feeling you'd bring that up. Actually....nnnno. You'd think it would involve something like a simple little tweak of the lens but since we're dealing with a miniature black hole here- I don't think that's a good idea. Very specific, very....very exact in its design. It would probably need more power- definitely.
-or you could be creative and attempt something less....linear in execution.

Gotta sort of...improvise with things. Can't simply pop a hole in one wall and an exit out another, sometimes you've got to, you just have to find a round-about sort of way to get to the goal. The least traveled path!
