I just spent the last 23.5 Earth hours filling out questionnaires, had a tag bolted on me, and been booted to 'Zone 3', whatever that is.

I just have one question: what the frag is going on!?

Actually, I have one other question: anybody got a place I can recharge? I need to defrag after that nightmare.

With all this talk about repairs, I wanted to run by you and Ratchet: what's the chances I can get my vocalization processors repaired here? I'm sure I'll do penance in paperwork for years, but I think it's worth it.

Yes... and no. There's certainly some technology available to us "offworlders" as it were, but nothing truly native. But I certainly wouldn't be ruling out getting you up and running.
