I've seen a number of individuals following three days of blanked memories, and know that the assumption everyone is running on is that Shockwave is responsible. What information do you need to link that to him?
[He totally does not blame you for that. Saying that mech's name makes him feel like he needs to scrub his mouth out with a wire brush too.]
We're looking for medical records. The inverse Soundwave is working on the technicalities of it, but you and I- we're in a position to provide certified proof that these residents are coming back augmented with TransTech technology. And not the kind of stuff you can pick up at the mod shops.

Though, how specific would these records need to be about the identities of those involved? I would be leery about proving information about who had what specific changes, both for their privacy... and... these individuals, you included, were already targeted once. This won't mark them for further retaliation or tampering?
[Not a small point in Ratchet's mind, Jazz, and Ironhide are among that list. And someone important to Megamind.]
