Honestly, most of us take care of ourselves. Cap'n Maxson's one squared-away hombre, Isaac Mccursypants can definitely take care of himself...heck, even Agatha held off a horde of zombies on her own.

....maybe Mikaela? She does have that big place. Maybe she needs a night watchman or something.

Actually, Verity, I've had an idea that's probably going to need at least some part-time help from one or two humans. How do you feel about an ongoing gig testing equipment based on my world's tech that I can get the local engineers to help me reproduce?

Hm. You know, we've had an increase in business lately at the hostel. It wouldn't hurt to start expanding our on-site security- there's always somebody who wants to make trouble. Wouldn't be the most challenging or glamorous job but it'd be a start.

And there'd be some equipment testing opportunities as well, if things work out with Wheeljack and the other engineers I'm working with.

That sounds good to me. I'm not picky; I don't need challenging or glamorous so long as it puts food on the table so whatever you need.

What kind of equipment are we talking? [The answer will probably still be yes but he likes to know what he's getting himself into.]

That shouldn't be a problem. Have you got lodgings at the moment?

[For answer, he holds up a blocky, squarish gun.] Energy weapons, to begin with. I'm working with some of the local engineers to recreate the materiel I'm most familiar with, preferably sticking as closely as possible to the components and technologies we used. Easiest way to avoid setting off the TransTechs' ire. There's probably going to be something involving power armor along the way, too, given how interested Wheeljack was in my helmet.
