In breaking news, an illegal Megatron was captured and deported in Zone six last night! Our very own High Commander Megatron has seen fit to deal with the situation - We have this exclusive footage of the event!

[A shaky video feed starts up, showing the looming figure of Transtech Megatron leaving a battered looking arena. There are a few noticeable gashes in his external plating, but otherwise, he looks none the worse for wear.
However, the Malgian Megatron who is being escorted from the scene in stasis cuffs is not able to say the same - His cannon has been stripped, and his armor cracked and ruined from what appears to have been a vicious battle. Transfluid is spilling thickly from some of the more dire wounds, and the occasional flash of an exposed spark chamber can be seen as he's escorted passed the camera.]
The illegal was deported to a dead universe early this morning.
As many of you know, this is the second illegal Megatron that has been spotted in Axiom Nexus Proper in the past stellar cycle. According to Commander Cheetor of ANOSA, he feels that a change in the rules might be necessary - Particularly in light of the new weapons crackdown. He had this to say on the subject:
"We've been as reasonable as we can with the Outworlders. Especially considering the riots, the violence, and the massive loss of life we've experienced since they've arrived. My department has been swamped with complaints, and there have been more transgressions recently than ever before. As such, we've decided there needs to be a change in the laws regarding Outworlder conduct. It's a measure I didn't necessarily want to persue, but in light of recent events, I don't see another viable option for keeping both Transtechs and Outworlders safe in Axiom Nexus. We'll be enforcing the new security measures immediately.
A curfew will be in effect for all Outworlders. Starting from 11PM and lasting until 6AM, all Outworld residents of Axiom Nexus will be expected to be in their registered places of residence, and remain there. However, should the Outworlder in question be employed at locations such as clinics, overnight employ, or other legitimate places of business, a pass will be coded into your ID bolt for the duration of your employment. Anyone caught violating curfew without a pass will be subject to at least one week of incarceration.
Increased penalties for transgressions in Zones 1-4. Any Outworlder suspected and convicted of committing a crime in the upper zones will be subject to increased time in jail, in addition to large fines. Specific consequences will be given as the circumstance dictates. Following completion of the sentence, convicted individuals will be prohibited from entering zones 1-4 for a duration of time contingent on their transgression.
Offensive technology, such as weaponry will require a permit to own. No matter how large, or small, major or minor, any weapons-related Transtech technology, or weapons tech not originally from your universe of origin, will require a permit to own, and another to utilize that technology. This does not apply to modifications to allow Outworlders to function in our universe, or to inoffensive modifications, such as enhanced speed, or sight. Should anyone be caught owning and/or operating weapons without the proper permits, they will be subject to a fine, and the offending weaponry and/or technology will be confiscated. Repeat violations will result in jail time and an inability to purchase a permit of any kind."
